Meal Planning Mondays

I am so uninspired to think about food right now -
 but I think I have the week planned out for the most part.
Keep in mind that I totally substitute items that I don't have in the pantry - 
I am not going to go spend $6 for a bottle of peanut oil, but I will add Olive Oil and little bit of peanut butter and get the same effect :)

Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs
I found the turkey meatballs at Kroger - very yummy!



Crock Pot Pork Roast with Carrots, Onion and Potatoes


Cook-out or eating out
( I have a few Groupons expiring soon so I am hoping to use one of them )

Grilled Talapia and Roasted Veggies
Squash, Zucchini, Asparagus and Onion.


  1. Where did you find the turkey meatballs at Kroger? Are they already made up in a bag? Frozen? And maybe a stupid did you cook them? Thanks!

  2. They were in the frozen food section and they are pre-made. I always add onions, bell pepper and garlic to my spaghetti so when I cook it down in a sautee pan I just add the meat balls to it and then let it simmer a bit after I add the sauce. The meatballs are pre-cooked and I think you can just microwave them to heat them up too.
